New Wellbeing College course dates for June and July

Wellbeing CollegeThe recently renamed Bristol Wellbeing College has released details of its June and July courses.

Alongside the college's regular Confidence Building, Mindfulness, and Ways to Wellbeing workshops, there are new Coping with Anxiety courses and Managing Depression courses. All sessions are held in a variety of convenient locations across Bristol.

If you work with people who you feel would benefit from the courses and workshops that the college runs but are anxious about attending, please feel free to bring them along to the college's Wellbeing Café. The drop-in café runs every Tuesday from 2pm - 4pm at The Station on Silver Street in central Bristol. It's the ideal place for people to find out more about the college and get to know other learners over a hot drink and a slice of cake.
